And the way they left the place? Immaculate. They literally cleaned up the entire parking lot just to make sure nothing was left behind. Every single detail was done with excellence.

But here’s the part that really got me — most of the time when you walk past construction crews, you hear sports or random banter. Not these guys. I overheard them bragging to each other about how incredible their wives are. And then two of them actually came inside afterward to buy gift cards for their wives because they felt like they deserved something special for everything they do for their families.

That’s the kind of character you can’t teach. And it made me even more grateful that these were the people working on my space.
